As a single woman I was able to afford gym memberships, trainers and "special" foods to help me reach my goals, but now as a single-income family I have had to learn new ways and make do without the gym, the trainers and the special foods. I have been overweight most of my life, my highest (during high school) at around 238 and my lowest (before getting pregnant) at 163. I have tried quite a few diets and to be honest nothing has worked better for me than working out and eating healthy.

I am now a working mom (part-time) and just decided to become a beachbody coach! I figured "what better way to lose weight and stay active than working with a company that wants nothing but see you succeed?"

I'm so glad i found your blog on bloggy moms! I'm in much need of support. My husband is a skinny minnie and can eat whatever. Always tempting me to eat the worst. Plus I'm a Starbucks addict :( I hope your blog will be a support system for me
