This page will be where I share with you guys what works for me.  It could be anything from what foods I eat to what sort of things I use to help me reach my goal.  I know right now it's a short list but it'll get longer, just bear with me:]  Keep checking back and read through my list, you might find that what works for me might work for you too!
  1. Drinking teas:  between meals if I'm feeling the "munchies" and after dinner for "snack" to keep me from eating after 7pm.
  2. My cable has "on demand" channels: Check out your provider's FREE ON DEMAND channels and look for exercise videos (you might get lucky).  I have Verizon Fios and they have a good variety of exercise videos for FREE:]
  3. Walking with friends!
