- My cable has "on demand" channels: Check out your provider's FREE ON DEMAND channels and look for exercise videos (you might get lucky). I have Verizon Fios and they have a good variety of exercise videos for FREE:]
- Walking with friends!
WHAT WORKS FOR ME
