Has anyone watched abc's Extreme Makeover: Weight loss edition? I caught a glimpse of it last nite and one thing I was able to take from it was that if some people can lose hundreds of pounds in one year, then why can't I lose 50? Today I'm going to research on workout routines, tips, ways to get motivated, staying on track, and just anything that can help us reach our goals. I will make sure I post what I find either later today or tomorrow.
P.S. My day yesterday wasn't too bad but I know I can do better TODAY:]
