It's and crazy beautiful sunny day!:] I feel great today and can't wait to see how my week goes!
This weekend was tough on me, gosh I know I probably have a problem with food, why else is it so hard for me to eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full? I do know that I am an emotional eater and I guess lately the stress has made it more difficult for me. I'm going to focus on "TODAY" every day and not worry about tomorrow.
I haven't been walking because honestly I don't feel like I'm getting a workout so I switched to walking on the treadmill so I could keep better track of how long and at what pace I am walking but, unfortunately my treadmill broke down:[ so now I have to wait for my hubby to take it back to costco and pray and hope that they either exchange it or give us some money back so we can go buy another one. I'll let you know what happens:]
