Good Monday!

Today was good for me!  I ate what I was supposed to eat and I stuck to my weekly goals.  It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be BUT I do know that tomorrow and the day after will probably be harder for me.  I did one of the 10 minute Yoga that I get "on demand" and then tried doing the 20 minute one but it was too hard for me.  Tomorrow I'm going to try walking on my treadmill and do another 10 minute yoga.  I feel good.
