I thought my second and third days were going to be the hardest for me, but boy was I wrong! They have been amazingly easy! Yay! Yesterday, I did 30 minutes of walking on my treadmill (it worked! yes!) and then I tried 20 minutes of pilates (that I had on my "on demand" for free:]).
I have been pretty busy today but I'm doing really good with my eating and I'm planning on working out before dinner tonight. I'm really excited and supercharged! It's been such a long time since the last time I was able to stick to my plan for one day let alone three days, so I'm totally happy and totally pumped!;]
Yay. Keep at it, one day at a time.
