Out of town...

No, don't think I'm falling off the wagon again.  I'm doing really great actually and still feeling great.  I'm probably not going to post as much in these coming weeks because I'm not going to be home.  I was a little worried about giving up as soon as I got to my mom's (with all that yummy food she cooks) but I'm good still motivated to do good.  Today I spent all day at Disneyland with my son and my niece (both 2yrs old) so I really didn't bother to count calories because I did a lot of walking and lifting today so I'm sure I did ok.  I'm giving myself one free day and today will be my free day for this week.  I haven't been able to post any pictures of me, so I can track my body changing, but I promise I will upload one as soon as I can.  Have a great weekend!

  4. Eat the good food but eat half of what you'd normally eat. This summer has been killing me because I am gluten-free and the only thing people keep cooking is hotdogs, hamburgers, and fries or chips. So I am stuck eating....hotdogs......with no bun.....fries.... and I am pregnant! So glad I take a multivitamin.

    Hang in there. Don't beat yourself up. I lost 30lbs when I went gluten-free and walked every day. Maybe try giving up a roll or bread each meal. (Lowers the carbs for when you aren't being super active.)

  5. Thanks for the advice I really needed that! Turns out it's not as easy as I thought it was going to be coming to my mom's, I have been trying to not do too much damage but seems like late at night I just want to go for the cookies:/
