Good Week:)

So this week has been by far the best week for me.  I have been eating pretty good and leading more active days (not as sedentary as before).  I'm still not making time for exercising but I think for now just being on my feet most of the day will help me shed some of the extra pounds and hopefully later on it'll be easier for me to do some extra walking or jogging.  Today I wore some freshly washed/dried pants and to my surprise they weren't cutting my circulation off (like they did a few weeks ago).  I feel better and I am noticing a difference in my body.  I know its just the first week but it's making a difference: eating healthy and doing chores around the house all day.  I don't want to step on the scale right now and I'm not.  I want to wait a few more weeks before I do that. I don't want those stupid numbers to get the best of me if they aren't what I want them to be.  For right now, I think counting my calories and trying to do a little bit extra each day to burn more calories will do a lot for me.
