Day One

 Today was a pretty good day.  I was able to stay on track and actually did some walking despite the heat.  I stayed within my calories (1200) and didn't get the munchies at all tonight (I usually have the hardest time at night time).  I woke up good today and I'm going to bed just as good...actually better.  I feel good.  My body feels good.  I'm glad I didn't let the heat stop me from getting a little bit of a workout today, it definitely makes a difference.  I'm making it short tonight, but hopefully I'll have more time to blog about my day tomorrow.  There's a few things I want to write about that I use that I think help me out a lot when I'm trying to start a healthy lifestyle.
