So it's been a while since I've blogged about anything and I have to admit I've been in some type of depression. I have been swinging back and forth between 100's and the 200's and I realize if I let myself fall into 200's it'll be that much harder for me to lose this weight and the only thing I see happening from that is gaining more and more weight. So I'm giving myself another push and hopefully make some type of progress this time around.
