So this weekend I didn't do as well as I had hoped:/ It was pretty difficult counting my calories not knowing exactly what was in the foods I ate, but I tried not to over do it, with that said: Saturday went okay and Sunday went ehm... not so good:/ but today is Monday and it's a new day and I will do great today!:)
I'm not counting these past two days in my personal challenge or should I? If, I do then as of today I have two days left. If I don't, then I have four days left... hmm 2 days or 4 days??? Yeah, I think I'll count them otherwise I'll feel like I've cheated...so as of today I have TWO more days and I'm done! yay! I'll weigh myself and take pictures and start over again! I'm super excited and I really really hope I'm into the 180's by then:)
Changing the subject: I love Hungry Girl! I mean how great is she?! I have been recording her episodes on the Food Network and they are awesome! did anyone see her "Date Night" episode this weekend? Definitely trying her stuffed mushroom recipe.. looked super good! I also borrowed "Cook This, Not That" from my sister in-law and it has great tips and such yummy recipes, I can't wait to start trying them out:) Yesterday, I went to Mother's Market by my mom's place to see if I could find those shiratake noodles (I may have misspelled the name) and I did and they were on sale! so I stocked up:D then I thought "I should have tried one first" but being that I couldn't find them in my area then I guess at 1.19 each bag it's not too bad...right?:/
I first heard of shiratake noodles when I was google-ing low calorie pastas or alternatives. Each bag, I think, has two servings and each serving has 20 calories...not bad right?!:D Well, I have yet to try them out, but I'm really hoping they are not too bad...crossing my fingers:)
Ok, I think that's it for right now...
Can't wait to hear how the noodles are! I have wondered about those and have yet to attempt trying them lol
