I did it. I stepped on the scale and luckily the numbers weren't too bad. I can't remember when exactly I weighed in (Friday or Saturday) but the numbers on the scale read 194. Not too bad considering I started at 203 then lost some and gained them back so now I'm back down.
This weekend wasn't too bad. I haven't been counting calories but I have cut back on how much I eat. That's good enough for me. Today I will start counting calories again and I'm hoping I don't have a hard time sticking to it.
I also found that "My FitnessPal" absolutely ROCKS. I mean I love not having to look up every single ingredient to log it in. It's great and I'm looking forward to utilizing it to help me get to where I need to be:) I have set it up so that I "lose" 1 and 1/2lb a week and my daily calories are now 1470 without any exercise done, but I do want to start getting in some exercise at least once this week. We'll see how I do.

Good on you. Sometimes getting on the scale is the hardest part. Exercise is so hard to fit in - I find that if I try and be on my feet more throughout the day, it makes such a difference! Kat :-)
ReplyDeleteYes, it is. That's what I have been doing the past 3 weeks. Trying to be on my feet and move more around the house, and it really does make a difference, I find that I'm a bit more energetic throughout the day.
